Policies:

• 30% credit card deposit required for reservation
• Cancellation must be made 30 days prior to visit to receive refund of deposit
• No weekly discount or refunds during Holiday Periods
• Three-night minimum for Winter Season, two-night minimum for Summer Season, one week minimum for Christmas/New Year holiday.
• No children under 16

Rates are based on double occupancy, additional guests are $40/night each. We have a 7% service charge and a 9% PR room tax.
